i would say something like "i've been on a nostalgia kick recently!" but to be honest, i'm on that nostalgia drug 24/7. i've always been into old internet stuff, mainly late 2000s and early 2010s. i still use my PS3 a ton, i really like 3DS era games, old internet memes are fun and last month i redownloaded winamp if anyone still remembers that. i do have an account on spacehey but i havent used it in over a year so i might have to breathe new life into that at some point.

i dunno, since the end of 2022 i've basically started my cringe but free arc and i've embraced my autism after masking it for so long. i dont really know what this post is meant to be other than a nice lil thing to show my nostalgia for various stuff, i could like make a 2 hour video talking about my own personal nostalgia haha, anyways cya guys.

I participated in Art Fight again this year and drew 36 attacks which was a HUGE improvement from the previous years!

But of course, this did cause me to get burnt out which is normal! I have done a few sketches but I've never actually finished any drawings in the past week, I just sorta have this issue where I have ideas for things I wanna draw but I find it hard to actually do it y'know? It's sort of an issue I've had my entire life, having a mind filled with things I REALLY want to do but I just... I just don't really know how to get started, it's absolute torture!

I'm sure I'll get into the swing of drawing things again in at least 2 weeks or so but maaaaan this sucks so much.

Another thing I wanna mention...

My mental health at the moment is sorta just... Okay at the moment? During the first part of this year it was getting A LOT better for me, but Summer has ALWAYS messed with my mood cos I absolutely HATE the heat. Whilst I have been a bit cranky this Summer, I'm doing LEAGUES better than I was last year where I quite literally had one of the WORST mental spirals of my life, like I don't wanna get into details because that would be oversharing but it led to me feeling the worst I had ever felt and I sent some messages that just... Ugh, not too proud of that.

So yeah, fuck summer. It almost always leads to some sort of mental spiral for me but this year that has barely happened so, hooray I guess? Still, fuck summer.

Anyways, HUGE thank you to my friends who are always there for me and continue to support me. Without all of them, I doubt I'd even be here.
