From what I understand someone on 4chan created shrigma to be one of the Wojak memes, but someone didn't like that and responded with "KYS".
After that somebody made it as a Wojak meme templet with crying Wojak saing "KYS" while shrigma says nothing and gives his weird look.
I don't know why it's called shigma (I'm pretty sure the creator of this drawing didn't name it).
